Lakefront residents are asked to light their flares, which last for a duration of 30 minutes, in an effort to outline the entirety of Chautauqua Lake.

Dragon boat racing is team-driven as participants work in unison to propel a 31-foot-long canoe through a designated, 200 meter course.
