CLFA Donates $5,000 to the CLA

The Chautauqua Lake Association graciously accepted a $5,000 donation recently from the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association. The CLFA is an annual supporter of the CLA’s mission to keep the lake healthy and clean.

“We are happy to be able to support the CLA again this year. Their work is essential to Chautauqua Lake. Their persistent efforts support the economy and our mission to better Chautauqua Lake,” said Mark Damon, CLFA President. To date, the CLFA has donated just shy of $60,000 toward lake maintenance.

“Much like the CLA, the Fishing Association is passionate about keeping the lake healthy and well maintained for all lake users. I am extremely pleased that we can continue to work together with the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association for the good of Chautauqua Lake,” said CLA Executive Director, Doug Conroe
