CLA to Participate in Virtual Conference at Chautauqua Institution

On Saturday, October 24, members of the New York State Federation of Lake Associations (NYSFOLA) will join CLA Executive Director Doug Conroe and other guest speakers in a virtual conference at Chautauqua Institution. This program, which is set to begin at 10am will cover a variety of aquatic research topics including the effects of climate change and harmful algal blooms

By Dr. Mark Wysocki, Senior Lecturer in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, Cornell University

3rd Presentation
“Harmful Algal Blooms in Chautauqua Lake”
Chautauqua Lake Association and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry

Presentations will be 20 minutes long with 10 minutes for questions and answers.
